No doubt about it. My shoulders are finally healing

The key seems to be the heat pad I bought. Almost immediately I noticed relief, and now I'm nearly at my normal work load, with little or no problems.

Thank goodness, I'm starting to get things done.

It's almost the end of the year, I got my 3 main goals done (or almost - my FM house is 90% completed) and I'm starting work on my 09 2do list. Please note I put it behind a LJ Cut, for this is mostly for me. LJ is a great tool to keep details in mind, and retrieve them easily. You can skip this ( Read more... )
